What transaction terms are used?

The following Transaction terms are used:

  • Reinvested distributions - only Colonial First State’s Managed Investment Funds, Cash Management Trust, FirstChoice Investments and FirstChoice Wholesale Investments accounts have distributions. Therefore only these accounts will appear in a transaction search for distributions.
  • Withdrawn distributions - same as above for reinvested distributions.
  • Financial adjustments - Financial Adjustments are only conducted for Colonial First State’s Managed Investment Funds, FirstChoice Investments and FirstChoice Wholesale Investments accounts. If a financial adjustment has been processed against an account it will be displayed as either an investment or withdrawal (as appropriate to how it changes the account balance). Adjustment transactions are processed for other products (i.e. Cash Management Trust, Pooled Superannuation Trust and Personal Pension).

Is there a maximum number of transactions I can view?

Only the first 400 transactions found can be displayed on screen. However, ALL transactions meeting your search criteria will be listed if you choose to download the report.

Which transactions are available?

If you are the adviser registered on an account then all transactions on this account will be available through transaction search. This includes closed accounts.

Why can I only search for 14 days of information?

The search functionality uses extra computer resources, allowing searches of more than 14 days would significantly slow down the delivery of the search results, thus not delivering you the optimum level of service.
