The consolidated tracking tool allows tracking of the application status across all your clients rather than for a specific client. You will be able to navigate to the Insurance application details page for further insurance information.

When an application requires underwriting the insurer may require extra information or medical tests to assess the application. It is this further information that we refer to as outstanding requirements.

The cover status gives an indication about the state of the cover applied for.It can be used to track the progress of the application throughout the process.

The list below outlines the various cover statuses:

• Cancelled
• Conditional acceptance
• Expired
• Accepted
• Outstanding requirements
• Transfer
• Awaiting underwriting
• Declined
