View model settings allows you to: View the model portfolio settings, which includes investment allocation, asset allocation tolerance and the model portfolio creation date.
Edit the model portfolio name and asset allocation tolerance.
View any changes to the baseline asset allocation since the model portfolio was created.
You can copy the model portfolio settings from one product type to another.
For example, you have a growth model portfolio for FirstChoice Personal Superannuation and you would like the same model portfolio settings (ie. investment allocations and asset allocation tolerance) for FirstChoice Employer Superannuation.
To do this:
You cannot save a model portfolio until you have viewed the asset allocation graphs.
Once you have entered your model portfolio details click on 'View asset and manager allocation' and the Save button will become available.
The tolerance is measured against the percentage of the options selected and the benchmark asset allocation for the model portfolio.
The alignment status of the account is determined by the difference between the account asset allocation and the allocation for the model portfolio based on the percentage tolerance set by you.
You can only select open options for the model portfolio.
