Segmentation is a function that allows you to categorise your active client list. Using these categorisations you can generate client review reports and business reports.
There are three types of categorisation:
You may create as many client segments, revenue segments and relationship groups as you require but a client may only belong to one client segment, one revenue segment and/or one relationship group.
To access this function, select My clients, then Segmentation from the top navigation menu. To create client or revenue segments select Client segments from the left hand navigation menu, then create client segments or create revenue segments. To create relationship groups select Relationship groups from the left hand navigation menu and select Create in the Relationship Groups section.
With client segments, revenue segments and relationship groups you can:
The mail merge extract allows you to download address details (such as street address, suburb, state and postcode) for clients within a client segment, revenue segment or relationship group as a CSV file.

Your report may take up to 15 minutes to generate. To retrieve your report, select Reporting then Retrieve reports from the top navigation menu.
Note: The account value of joint accounts is included in the balance for each account owner. Therefore, summing the balances of all active clients will overstate your funds under advice. For funds under advice details please generate a business report.
You can download your client segments, revenue segments or relationship groups as a CSV file.
