FirstNet Adviser help

Why can't I find my client?

If you are unable to find your client it may be because of one of the following:

  • The name or OIN entered is incorrect.
  • You are searching your active clients list but your client has only closed accounts. To search for closed accounts, check the 'Include closed accounts' box and click Search.
  • The client has moved to another adviser.

Check each of the above and contact us if you are still unable to find your client.

Note: The My clients function does not allow you to search for closed Pension and Superannuation accounts.

What does client status mean?

Client status indicates the status of the clients' account. Client accounts can be active or closed.

If a client is shown as active it means that they have open accounts or a mixture of open and closed accounts (up to 2 years old).

If a client is shown as closed it means that they no longer have open accounts.

Note: Client search does not allow you to view client accounts where:

  • a client account has been closed for more than two years; and/or
  • we have held a client application with no money and no insured death benefit for more than 40 days (excludes applications submitted online).'
