Processing Times

What are the processing times for online transactions?

Cut-off times for transactions are set out below and apply only to NSW business days:

Changes to regular investment plans should be made before 5.00pm on the last working day before the 10th of the month for superannuation products and 20th of the month for investment products. All times are AEST.

If we receive the transaction request before the associated cut-off time, the transaction will be processed using the price calculated, based on market valuations, at the close of business for that day. If we receive the transaction request after the associated cut-off time, the transaction will be processed using the price calculated on the next working day.

The transaction request will then be processed on the following working day. The money will be debited from your client’s bank account the same working day as the request has been processed. We normally pay the proceeds of withdrawals within seven working days of receiving the request.

Note: From time to time there may be delays in processing fund valuations which may cause delays in processing the transaction request.
