What types of reports can be created?

About Model portfolio tracking

The Model portfolio tracking tool helps you keep track of recent activity on your model portfolios and any licensee model portfolios you have access to.

When changes are made to your model portfolios or licensee model portfolios, they’ll be listed on the 'FirstNet work in progress' section of FirstNet Adviser. You’ll also be able to see changes to your FirstNet Adviser model portfolio functionality access, which is managed by your licensee, via the 'FirstNet work in progress section of FirstNet Adviser.

To access the model portfolio tracking tool, go to the 'Tracking' menu and click 'Model portfolio tracking'.

Here you can filter and sort your model portfolio library by model name, description and date modified.

Licensee model portfolios contain a prefix of 'L –' in the model name and will display at the top of your model portfolio library.

The 'Description' field states the type of activity has occurred on each model portfolio. The types of activity tracked include:

Settings updated – changes have been made to the licensee model portfolio
Model deleted – the model has been deleted
Model no longer available – your licensee has removed your access to the licensee model portfolio
New model available – your licensee has granted you access to the licensee model portfolio
Licensee model access removed – your licensee has removed your access to all licensee model portfolios
Licensee models available – your licensee has granted you access to licensee model portfolios
Create adviser models removed – your licensee has removed your access to create your own model portfolios in FirstNet Adviser
Create adviser models available – your licensee has granted you access to create your own model portfolios in FirstNet Adviser
Adviser model access removed – your licensee has removed your access to view existing model portfolios in FirstNet Adviser
Model portfolio access removed – your access to FirstNet Adviser’s model portfolio functionality has been removed by your licensee
Model portfolio access available – you've been granted access to FirstNet Adviser’s model portfolio functionality by your licensee

About the tracking tool?

The tracking tool displays transactions that have been performed online on behalf of your client(s).
You can display transactions by:

  • Work in progress transactions.
  • Completed transactions.
  • Include cancelled and expired transactions.
  • Selecting a date range.
  • All transactions.

There is the option to filter the transaction by Transaction type and you can also search on a particular client.
Details displayed in the tracking tool are:

  • Client name and account.
  • Product type.
  • Date last actioned.
  • Action requested by.
  • Transaction type.
  • Status.
  • Batch name.
