The Colonial First State app puts you in control of your super, pension or investments by making it easy to view and manage your accounts – whenever and wherever it suits you.

  1. Step 1: Open the menu from the dashboard

    To view your personal details:

    • go to the dashboard screen 

    • tap on the 3 horizontal lines at the top left of your screen.

    Then a menu will open. Under My profile, tap Personal details.

  2. Step 2: View your personal details

    You’ll then be able check that all your details are up to date.

  3. Step 3: Edit your personal details

    Need to update your details such as work or home contact numbers or your address? It’s easy to do.

     

    Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and tap Edit personal details.

    Tips: Register your mobile number

     

    If you don't have a mobile number listed on your account, you will need to call us to have this added to your account. You cannot add or update a mobile number online or via the app.

  4. Step 4: Enter your FirstNet code

    Once you've received your FirstNet code:

    • type in the code, then

    • tap Submit.

  5. Step 5: Edit your personal details

    You’ll be taken to the Edit contact details screen where you can update your email, landline phone numbers and address.

  6. Step 6: Submit your changes

    Once you've made your changes, tap Update my details at the bottom of the screen to confirm them.
