First Sentier Investors - manager update

In April, First Sentier Investors (FSI) informed CFS that they have made changes to their investment capabilities within Australia and would no longer be offering investment management capability for certain portfolios. Please see more information here.

CFS has been actively sourcing well-credentialled replacement investment managers. Each replacement manager has a strong track record in the respective asset class and strong research house ratings.

We’re pleased to update investors with the progress of our review and that we are working to finalise the appointment of the proposed replacement managers in June 2024:

CFS expects to be able to finalise the confirmation of new managers shortly and anticipates that the portfolio transitions will commence from June 2024 onwards. FSI has committed to continuing to manage the funds in an orderly and prudent manner until the transition is complete.

CFS will continue to monitor the management of the portfolios closely.
