Professional Year by CFS gives your Professional Year (PY) advisers the support they need to fly through their structured training requirements, with free and easy access to quality education and training. With our support, they’ll develop into confident and skilled professionals – ready to serve your clients and boost your team’s capability.
Connect to a community of peers
CFS has partnered with Ensombl, the leading professional development platform, to help you provide a clear, easy pathway for PY advisers.
PY advisers can connect with their peers and experienced financial advisers to help them build their own community and support network. It gives them a forum to collaborate, share ideas and insights, and provide encouragement to others on the same career path.
Dedicated education
The Education Library is a great starting point to develop PY advisers’ knowledge, confidence and capability as they progress through their Professional Year. It includes special access to our award-winning technical team, FirstTech, and contributes towards the requirement to complete 100 hours of structured training.
The training assists PY advisers to develop strong foundational knowledge and practical strategies to assist with future clients. It’s designed to fit alongside work and home commitments, offering the flexibility to choose content that suits their needs and can be completed at their own pace.
