CFS joins insiders adviser network as foundation partner

Through CFS, advisers will gain access to an organisation that provides knowledge enrichment, skill enhancement and buying power.

Colonial First State (CFS) has joined insiders, as a foundation partner. The insiders community is founded by education and conference group, The Inside Network (IN).

This aligns with our core value of embracing the advice industry at all levels and is in response to the increasing demand for advice from Australians. 

The benefits for advisers who are part of the insiders community include having access to the combined skills, resources and networks of IN, as well as online collaboration, CPD and information platform, discounts on software and technology, and events including The Inside Adviser awards. 

The CFS, IN partnership comes at a critical juncture for the advice industry

Bryce Quirk, CFS Group Executive, Distribution, underscored this critical juncture for the advice industry and that it needed support to fulfil its mission of delivering quality advice to a growing number of Australians.

Value-adding investment knowledge

Jamie Nemtsas, IN Executive Chair, revealed that there is also a strong focus on investment.  

“Asset class-specific investment symposiums with a range of innovative, industry leading formats, will be available for all community members. This will include having access to a suite of symposiums, offshore and residential forums, master classes and events that deliver professional and practice-level value,” he shared. 

“The community will also be a powerful platform to assist advisers to grow their practices, as well as being more innovative and efficient, by learning from their peers via the myriad networking opportunities on offer.”  

Charlie Viola, Managing Director and Partner of Pitcher Partners, Sydney, and a foundation member of the insiders, has been an active participant for IN and the community it has created since launch.
